Great coffee on my route to work! So happy they opened up where they did. They know how to make my Caramel Latte order! The staff is really great and super friendly. I have to remember to keep using my punch card! Their mini bakery is delicious. While I wait for my coffee I always get a cookie and they’re perfect. Right amount of crispy & softness. Love this place.

They have a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, delightful drink specials, delicious toasts (at the end of the week), bagels, and more. The owners of Avenue Coffehouse have been in the biz for nearly a decade. They serve up your favorite caffienated beverages as well as the trendy drinks. Their breakfast and lunch offerings are freshly made while you wait and you can vibe on the coffee shop playlist while you wait. Seating inside for 15, plus a lovely outdoor patio that seats 10. Highly recommend for a morning meet up spot or for a coffee break. Cheers!
A friend and I stopped over after getting tattoos at Mildly Harmless. The service was very friendly and quick. I ordered a grilled cheese and a hot chocolate. The grilled cheese was delicious and big since it came on Texas toast. The hot cocoa was hot and very chocolatey. My friend got the Jimmy Pesto and a campfire latte. She said they were both very good. Her sandwich was big, and the veggies looked very fresh. The music selection was fantastic. A nice mix of Beach Boys, Nat King Cole, and other sweet and calming music. Great atmosphere. If this place wasn't 45 minutes from my apartment, I'd be here a lot. Highly recommended!
A beautiful quaint coffee shop right in the heart of downtown South Milwaukee with an amazing selection of coffee drinks!! Very warm and welcoming environment!! I truly enjoy visiting and enjoying my coffee in this beautiful little coffee shop!!!!
The workers and owners are always friendly and helpful. Their coffee and lattes are great. My wife is obsessed with the Raspberry Mexican Latte. I'm obsessed with the Brown Butter Banana Bread. Must try!!
Visited for the first time this weekend, looking for a place to read and enjoy a coffee. This shop was exactly what we were looking for! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious drinks. The carrot cake latte was maybe one of the best things I've ever had. Cream cheese whipped cream, are you kidding me?! Can't wait to bring more friends to this spot.
